For the second half of our school term we will be just as busy as we were in the first half.
Our congratulations go to Lewis in P5 (The Pecters) for being our latest winner of the Colinton Cup. Lewis was popular winner of the cup and it was awarded for demonstrating great friendship towards others. The focus for the the awrd during March will be on “Being a Responsible Learner.”
This month we will also welcome Mrs Pentland back to the school and say our farewells to Ms Godard. P3 are very excited about seeing Mrs Pentland again but we are sad to see Ms Godard go. The Unicorns have been in good hands.
We have pupils from P5 attending the annual Merchiston School Maths challenge this month, cycle training, a visit to the National Museum for P5, a cross-country challenge for our senior pupils, World Book Day activities, class group photos for P1 & P7 and many, many more things going on. As always, if there is anything we can help you with then please get in touch.
Finally, if you are looking for some outdoor inspiration for your children in the Easter holidays then please have a look at the documents below that outline what is on offer from the Council’s Bangholm Outdoor Education unit. You may just find it right here.
